I passed my OSCE!

I was on my short break in the adult ward. I can clearly remember I was eating my noodles when my messenger started vibrating. Messages were coming in to our cohort group thread and I see a pop-up "I passed guys? Kamusta kayo?" OH. MY. GOSH. The OSCE results are out! My heart started to beat so fast, I couldn't catch my breath and it felt like my blood was rushing everywhere. I hurriedly went to the loo to check my result. I see "Congratulations" first and I began to breathe slower. I cannot explain how I felt at that exact moment that I just started to cry and pray to God. You are so great Lord!!! I passed my OSCE and it felt like the world was taken off my shoulders.

Later in the afternoon, I received a call from the NICU ward manager, asking me when I can start my duty in the area. Super sarap ng feeling. I am back to my first love  I can't even put into words the love and grace God has provided me through the past weeks I've been so stressed and exhausted. Kat and I went to the neonatal ward the next day and when I saw the incubators, pulse oximeters and babies for the first time in my hospital, my heart fluttered. I'm finally back to the place where miracles happen and where the world's greatest (and tiniest) fighters are made. It's not going be easy but I know its always going to be worth it.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." -Jer 29:11
